Seafair Sprint Triathlon

Cycling on I90Considering no bike training since March and a rental bike, considering no wetsuit (thus fast transition), considering no water while Finish Seafairon the bike and a cramp this time in my hamstrings, 26th in my division at 1:16:40 isn't so bad. Though I thought that I could finish closer to 1:10. But I guess half a mile swimming and the elevation ('vals plat' all the time, and a steep hill near the end of the running) takes more time.
Anyway, it was a great event, with more than 2000 participants, a nice swim, a fun ride up and down the I90 and a beautiful run around Seward park.

Helmet with #539 and Mt Rainier
