Yes, I was very close. And could see the surveillance cameras. Only thing was, we were at the back. Only form far away (I phone has no zoom function) we could see them as in the movies. The Hollywood letters.


It was a nice hike, though, from the Griffith Observatory over Hollywoord mountain to the antenna behind the sign.
Afterwards the beer was welcome at the English bar at the Farmersmarket.
