Triathlon Aalsmeer

The triathlon Aalsmeer is the one triathlon I did almost every year now for over 4 years. So here is an overview:

This year there was a lot of wind, wich made the swimming and cycling hard. Considering that and the little time spent on training, especially swimming and cycling, 4 mins over my previous times isn't that bad.
2005 looks like my best year. However I think that than it wasn't an Olympic distance, otherwise I was really, really fit that year.
Maybe this year one other triathlon to come, but I won't be my best year anyway.
